Well Hopes Tooling Manufacture CO., LTD. was established on 1988 in Hong Kong.The production base was moved to Chang An district, Dong Guan in 1993.Then two branch companies were organized which are Sha Tou Mould & Plastic Manufacture Factory and Dong Guan Union Industrial Limited.
